The most recent appropriations for the Department of War (DoW) expired at 11:59 PM EST on September 30, 2025. Due to a lapse of appropriations, all DoW community outreach activities have ceased until such time as a continuing resolution or annual appropriations is passed by Congress and signed into law.
Participants were notified late last week that an official call would be made by 5:00 PM on Friday, October 17th. Due to no change in the official guidance listed above, the 2025 Juniors Workshop is canceled.
