SSG Daniel Toussaint
U.S. Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps

Staff Sergeant Daniel Toussaint is a native of Chicago’s northwest suburbs and has been a musician in the United States Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps since 2010. Prior to earning his position in the Fife and Drum Corps, Staff Sergeant Toussaint was a regular member of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago from 2003 to 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Music (Trumpet Performance) degree from Indiana University. His principal teachers include Mark Ponzo (Northern Illinois University), John Rommel (Indiana University), and William Scarlett (Former Trumpet, Chicago Symphony Orchestra).
